SHIPPING & RETURNS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please verify that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information.

TRANSIT TIME

All orders ship within 1-3 days from our warehouse located in China. Your estimated arrival date:

Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: 5-9 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping: On orders over $69.99 (Standard Shipping times apply).

Shipping estimates above begin once the order ships.Please note, we can not guarantee a shipment date or arrival date. 

TRACKING

You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately.  They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

RETURNS

We hope you are thrilled with your new HelenNailArt products and enjoy the convenience of stylish, wearable nails! If you are not satisfied, please contact us promptly. 

  • Non-Quality issues:

Due to the nature of handmade products, each item may have slight variations and individual handicraft flaws. Therefore, we are temporarily unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (such as size discrepancies, color variations, or individual handicraft flaws). Before purchasing, please carefully review the product images, descriptions, and size guidelines to ensure that your expectations align with the product.

  • Quality Issues:

If your nails are damaged due to quality issues, we offer free returns or exchanges.

CANCEL ORDER

If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at hi@helennailart.com or complete our contact us form.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@helennailart.com.
