APPLICATION + REMOVAL
1. How do I apply my new Helen nails?
Start by removing any existing nail polish and trimming your natural nails. Thoroughly wash your hands with soap. Use the nail file to gently buff your nails, and push back the cuticles with the provided stick. Clean each nail with the alcohol pad provided. Finally, arrange the nails in the correct size order for each finger.
Applying With Sticky Tabs (Lasts 1-2 Weeks)
- Choose the right size sticky tab and apply it to your nail.
- Smooth it down and peel off the surface film.
- Align the press-on nail with your cuticle, leaving a 1mm gap, and place it at a 45-degree angle.
- Press firmly on the nail for 30 seconds, pushing out any air bubbles towards the edges.
TIPS: Avoid contact with water for the first three hours.
2. How do I select the right nail size?
- Measure the widest part of the nail bed with a soft ruler.
- Or mark with tissue and measure the length with a ruler.
- Record the width measurement at the widest part of each nail cap.
- Please refer to the size guide below.
Nail Size Guide:
- XS (Extra Small): 14 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, 10 mm, 7 mm
- S (Small): 15 mm, 11 mm, 12 mm, 11 mm, 8 mm
- M (Medium): 16 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 12 mm, 9 mm
- L (Large): 17 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 13 mm, 10 mm
Measurements are listed in order from Thumb to Little Finger.
TIPS: Choose a larger size. For example, if it measures 16.5mm, choose size 17mm.
3. How do I remove my Helen Nails?
Soak nails in warm water for 10-15 seconds. Gently loosen the edges of the artificial nail and gradually peel it off. If the nail remains firmly attached, soak for an additional 10 seconds.

1. What is included in my press-on nails kit?
Each Helen nail kit includes everything you need:
- One Set of Nails: Set of 10 nails (4 sizes: XS, S, M, L)
- Sticky Tabs: One sheet of sticky tabs for applying the press-on nails
- Nail File: A small nail file for shaping
- Cuticle Stick: A stick for cuticle care
- Cleaning Pad: For cleaning your nails to remove dirt and oils
- Surprise Gift: A special little surprise from HelenNailArt (our token of appreciation)
2. Can I reuse/reapply my nails?
Yes! Helen nails can be applied multiple times. After removing each nail, gently buff the underside to smooth out any residual sticky tabs. This will create a better surface for re-application.
3. Are my natural nails safe?
Your natural nails underneath your Helen press-ons are perfectly safe. Sticky tabs are non-damaging and won't harm your natural nails. Unlike nail glue, which can cause damage to natural nails, we only provide sticky tabs for application.
To ensure healthy natural nails, please follow proper preparation and application techniques. Recommended wear time is 7-14 days. Extended wear beyond 14 days can trap water between the artificial nail and adhesive, leading to bacterial growth. To prevent this, follow the removal procedures once the nails begin to lift. You can reapply the nails by ensuring both your natural nails and the artificial nails are clean and properly prepared.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 1-3 days from our warehouse located in China. Your estimated arrival date:
- Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: 5-9 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $69.99 (Standard Shipping times apply).
Shipping estimates above begin once the order ships.Please note, we can not guarantee a shipment date or arrival date.
2. How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This email will be sent to the address you provided when placing your order. Please allow at least 48 business hours to process and ship your order.
3. How can I change my shipping address?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can make changes or modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately at hi@helennailart.com or by completing the contact us form.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes. The delivery company does not allow us to change or update addresses mid-transit. We recommend contacting the delivery company directly to see if they can possibly reroute your package once it arrives at the original destination.
4. What is your return policy?
We hope you are thrilled with your new HelenNailArt products and enjoy the convenience of stylish, press-on nails! If you are not satisfied, please contact us promptly.
- Non-Quality issues:
Each handmade item is unique, with possible slight variations and minor imperfections inherent to the crafting process. As such, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, including size differences, color variations, or minor crafting imperfections.
If you insist on returning an item due to non-quality issues, the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.
Please thoroughly review the product images, descriptions, and size guidelines before making a purchase to ensure the product meets your expectations.
- Quality Issues:
If your nails are damaged due to quality issues, we offer free returns or exchanges.
5. Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please note the following:
- Before Shipping: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation. Contact us at hi@helennailart.com or fill out our contact form to initiate the process.
- After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
